The latest release of UDS Enterprise adds Russian, Chinese, Basque and Catalan as new languages available for this connection broker for desktop and application virtualization.

It should be noted that three of these four recently incorporated languages have been added thanks to the collaboration of UDS Enterprise partners and customers. Our technological alliance SharxDC was in charge of translating this connection broker into Russian, motivated by the great potential that UDS Enterprise has in that market.

One of our clients, the University of the Balearic Islands requested the incorporation of Catalan and they themselves made the translation, later integrated into the software by the UDS Enterprise team.

In the case of Basque, the translation has been carried out with the collaboration of our Certified Partner Lanmedia Comunicaciones, who has important clients with VDI projects in the Basque Country.

The growing expansion of UDS Enterprise causes its users come from increasingly disparate countries and regions and, therefore, the VDI broker team receives more and more requests to translate the software into new languages.

Following the philosophy of adapting as much as possible to the needs and requests of the community, the UDS Enterprise team is adding new languages in each release. In the latest stable version, UDS Enterprise 2.2.1, both users and administrators of the platform can choose between 11 different languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Catalan and Basque.

This list of languages will keep on growing in the next versions of UDS Enterprise. Customers, partners or users who wish to contribute to make this desktop virtualization connection broker available in a new language, can contact the UDS Enterprise team at
